Daily activities included facilitating groups, developing and implementing
t reatment plans, one on one sessions and documenting these activities in the case
f iles. Documentation included group notes, billing, and telephone calls to Probation
officers. When clients did not show up for scheduled appointments, I followed up
w ith phone calls to the client as well as their Probation
O fficer, as required. Other activities performed were participating the Urinalysis
Screening process and conducting intake in terviews. Caseload was from 10-25
clients.
