Checker for grass roots crude unit in Montana. Responsible for checking

equipment, process, utility, and underground piping and skids units. I’m not only

checking for accuracy but sound design that will suit our client in operation of

their new facility.

Worked on core BP Alaska North Slope medium size projects. Projects include

pipeline replacement, and process facility projects. Projects varied from

appraise, thru execute phases.I worked closely with the client engineers, plant,

field engineers, and contractors. I was the lead designer or checker for most of

these projects. Used Autoplant and Autocad 2012 to model piping and

equipment isogen was used to extract isometrics.

Worked on Alaska North Slope Capital Projects using Bentley software.Was

assigned projects and take it from a work order stage, coordinated with facility

engineers on scope of workwith field assessments and taking field dimensions

with no supervision. Either modifying existing drawings or creating new ones,

supply bill of materials for purchasing, weld bond forms. I was totally responsible

from the beginning of the project to IFC.

Modeled piping in (Autocad MEP) for grass roots semiconductor facility.Initially

joined the project early in the programming phase creating vendor drawings,

equipment arrangements, and building layouts.Responsible for routing piping for

Oil Free Air, Nitrogen, URO systems.

3-D modeled piping (Bentley), Cadworks 2010, extracted isometrics, created

plans, sections and details as well as checked all tie-in packages for existing

Shell Lubricants oil packaging facility. This piping involved piggable lines along

with all aspects of piping in blending and packaging facilities and a few small

engineering projects.

Modeled new pig launchers and receivers inside module buildings and utility

piping to interface with existing pipelines for BP North Slope projects.Created

plans, sections and details as well as extracted isometrics. Created EMR's for

materials and scope of work documents.

Assignment:CH2MHill formally Veco Alaska, Anchorage, AK

Lead piping designer for several BP Alaska North Slope piping projects.

Generated new piping models to design piping manifold system located in new

module. On these models I created plans, sections, and isometrics along with

associated tie-in schedules, stress sketches, line list, demo drawings, and

material take-offs. Coordinated with fabrication and construction efforts.

Designed replacement of a water injection pipeline on Alaska North Slope.

Modeled pig launchers and receivers, located tie-ins to the existing piping.

Routed approximately 5 miles of 8 and 10 inch pipelines. Extracted isometrics

from model along with creating plans, sections and details. Compiled BOM’s,

coordinated with other disciplines and construction coordinators on the slope on

material and construction efforts. Also was assigned to pipeline project with

Russian company Rosneft in in the Vankor oil reserves. Interfaced directly with

Russian mechanical engineers to produce pipeline profile drawings.
