Egypt.

Responsibilities :-

- Welcoming groups of holidaymakers at their starting point and

announcing details of travel arrangements and stop-over points.

- Informing passengers of arrival and departure times at each destinatio n

on the itinerary and ensuring that all members of the group are back in

the coach before departing from each stop.

- Development of domestic and international packages by visiting

destinations and suggesting interesting travel routes or places of int erest.

- Responding to questions and offering help with any problems that arise,

ranging from simple matters, such as directing a member of the group to

the nearest the chemist, to more serious issues, such as tracing lost

baggage.

- Liaising with hotels, coach companies restaurants and other clients.

- Organizing and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops,

seminars and exhibitions.

Education :-

2000-2004 Bachelor of languages and translation in German, Al Azhar University 2004

German literature, Essen University, Germany 2000

2008-2010 Diploma in tourist guide, Sinai Institute, Cairo, Egypt.

Related Experience :-

Three months course in German literature.
