o Description : As part of the Falcon project, infrastructural support is provided to RBC DBI

Users for their day to day business. It involves handling technical queries from

employees of RBC bank and provide support as and when needed.

Interacting with Problem Management team to facilitate Root Cause Analysis and update new

resolutions to the knowledge base and raising Known Error Records.

Coordinating with vendors (HP / IBM / Laser Networks) to provide support for hardware and
