Job duties include maintaining an Aseptic bottling line, thru maintenance of all production equipment from
batching to thermal to bottling and to packaging. Maintenance of equipment such as Evans cooling and
Krones shrink tunnels, Krones labelers, Video Jet & Teledyne Taptone Coders & inspection systems.
Maintenance and service of Ryson, Sidel air and Arrowhead conveyors. Service of Ford and Pearson
packaging systems. Trouble shooting and repair of production equipment, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic,
fac. utilities, Nitrogen, Peroxide, R/O water and Compressed Air systems. Daily checks of Chillers, Boilers,
Glycol, and water treatment systems. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Ordering
repair parts and supplies. Store room inventory and house keeping thru use of 5S and TPM standards. Daily
use of several software and operating systems such as Rockwell automation, Allen Bradley, Microsoft,
Lennox, Excell and Vision Capture.
Lead Maintenance Supervisor at Maintech
March 2006 - March 2014 (8 years 1 month)
While working for Maintech I started as a general mechanic, within 18 months I worked my way up to
Shift Lead. After a year as Lead I became Second Shift Lead over 2 split shifts totaling 8-10 employees.
Work intelled troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and phnuematic systems.
Maintenance on sorting equipment, conveyors, Allen Bradley PLC's, VFD's, motor control panels, motor
control centers, portable power supplies, GE switch gear, scanners and swing arm diverters. I was in charge
of scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, employee work loads and parts ordering. Facility
maintenance. Controlling PM and CM scheduling using both EAM and E-maint management systems.
