Highlights:
• Technical Coordinator Position:
Main task is to report directly to the shift facilitator and directly supervises deburr operators /
polishers in my work center. In the absence of the supervisor he assumes the responsibility of
the supervisor. Run the MRP for the specific work center in planning of the workload in support
to the segment goals in on time delivery and past due reduction. Coordinates with different
department to facilitate early completion of parts that needs immediate shipment. Responsible
for the technical and classroom training of in-coming polisher specially the newly hired.
Continuously hone my skills in the polishing and processing the probe out or new piece parts
coming from the machines. Responsible for the quality of the polished parts that come out
from my work center. One of my tasks is to inspect completed parts and said parts are in
conformance to blue print requirements.As technical coordinator, I am also responsible for the
inspection of finish parts that my operators have made. I religiously inspect the parts specially if
there are tight tolerance that blue print required for example:tenths of an inch also finish that
requires 4ra/8ra/16ra by the use of propel meter.Random inspect with accordance to 1AQL.
Give loads to all polishers in the work center according to its delivery date priority. Join the
supervisor during hiring interview of polishers.
* Special Process:
Main task is to perform Chemical coating such as Chemical Conversion Coating, Passivition of
Corrosion Resistant Steel and inspect with regards to MIL Standard or EP that MOOG requires.
* Sub-Assymbly:
Main task is to inspect finish parts using Plug Gages,Thread Gages Surface Finish if required
prior to installation of components specially to manifolds and piece parts.
*Torque Motor Assembly:
Main task is to assemble piece parts and cut air gaps with the use of EDM and inspect air gap
with comparator and Tool Makers Scope also check the continuity of the coil with the use of
electronic tester. Set tester to required Ampere, Resistance before using the tester. Nozzle push
parts if air gaps are with in the blue print specification. Check nozzles distance with hydraulic
gages. Some testing methods also use graph papers. Set graph machine with regards to
process folder, workmanship standard requirement. Performed Assembly, Testing and Rework of
electro-hydraulic/mechanical flight control Actuators and final assemblies utilizing electrical and
mechanical measuring instrument, fixtures and highly specialized test equipment. KEY POINTS:
Prior to test in process or final Assemblies always check for all the Gages, Test Equipment,
Hydraulic Meter for the Calibration Date Expiration.
Steel Store and Shipping Pakaging:
Prepare bar stock with regards to Part Numbers and cut according to size,length and deliver to
respective work center for machining.Inspect,check documents if all operation are fully finish and
properly signed out.Pack parts according to assigned container and make sure parts are properly
intack so not to bump each other. Attached required labeling.
Deburr Out Source/Supplier Coordinator:
Conduct class room training to operators with regards to their job requirements such as MOOG
finishing,MOOG workmanship standard,MOOG Blueprint Reading and inspection. Conduct First
Article Inspection (FAI) to finish parts/Product prior to submission at MOOG Controls for next
operation. Encode all FAI result to the computer system and submit to Quality Assurance
Department at MOOG Controls Corp. for future reference

The primary function of a polisher is to work with the blue print requirements regarding edge
breaks, finish requirements, and meet work standard set by the operation sheet and blue print.
Work as a team in order to accomplish set goals and objective of the department. As a polisher I
am responsible for the quality of the parts that I am processing. Runs machines that is needed in
the operations and must comply with blue print requirements. Seek the assistance of the Technical
Coordinator of the Polishing department if problem arise. Act as trainer to the new polisher in the
department.
• Generate a polishing instructions in a pictorial form for the newly hired polisher, manage to
complete 150 part numbers on different operations.
