RESEARCH MANAGER & INSTRUCTOR
Lead research projects and supervised over 30 research assistants to date to conduct projects, analyze large, complex
data sets using tools such as SPSS and SEM and develop completed reports. This has resulted in two submitted
professional publications and six professional presentations, presented to the American Psychology and Law Society
(APLS).
Awarded merit-based American APLS Travel award for distinguished research
Recruited, trained, and managed over 30 research assistants as part of various complex research projects, resulting in
a 100% retention rate over the duration of every project.
Developed and taught lectures on Research Methods and Cognitive Process to over 300 undergraduate students,
resulting in significantly positive course ratings by students.
Designed surveys using tools such as Qualtrics and evaluated tests and field work techniques while managing a team
of 4 research assistants. Project was $150,000 grant-funded and examined recidivism in the Miami-Dade court
system. Collaborated with judges and conducted multiple interviews with defendants.

Spearheaded the development and implementation of a company-wide reorganization, cooperating
with the CEO and CFO, developing a plan expected to save $100,000 by June 2015.
Cooperated with the HR Manager to develop firm’s 5 year HR strategy to drive management’s
projected 100% capacity increase, strategy focused on minimizing employee attrition and maximizing engagement
and career development. The plan was approved by the CEO and the board.
Transformed the employee evaluation system into a more structured and time-efficient one by
designing and implementing an employee 360-degree feedback/evaluation system, leading to significant employee-
driven changes. One significant change was designing and implementing an employee satisfaction survey to be
completed by employees every 6 months, thereby providing management with concrete insight into employee morale
and job satisfaction.

Led a team of four researchers to design research methodology and conducted a market and industry research,
resulting in the identification of $5M of market opportunity as well as five high potential clients
Collaborated with CEO to develop a framework for prospecting into subsequent markets and industries, resulting in
significant development of potential client list.
Collaborated with CEO to develop an organizational chart to streamline operations and maintain flexibility in
anticipation of growth. This resulted in a 30% reduction in labor cost.
