I have over twenty-five years experience in a nursing leadership role with a specialty in
Medical-Surgical Nursing. As a nursing leader, I have supervised nurses in the following
clinical area-General Internal Medicine (Primary Care), Rheumatology, Nephrology,
Women’s Health and Pulmonary. I have worked in an in-patient setting, a Long Term

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES-
Collaborated with the Practice Administrator, Medical Directors and Practice Managers
to optimize daily operations. Facilitated communication between the call center and the
clinical nurses to improve efficiency in delivering nursing care in a timely manner.
Budgetary responsibility for nursing personnel. Able to resolve conflicts, complaints and
issues between patients, nurses and Providers. Provided leadership for the transition to
the Patient Centered Medical Home model. Responsible for ordering medications and
