M.E. PROJECT

A Uniform random number generator using LUT-SR family for FPGA architectures.

A type of FPGA RNG called a LUT-SR RNG, which takes advantage of bitwise XOR

operations and the ability to turn lookup tables (LUTs) into shift registers of varying lengths is

described here. The LUT-SR generators can also be expressed by a set of VHDL generators and

test benches are used in simple circuits such as adders for BIST purposes.

B.E. PROJECT

An Efficient Huffman coding based algorithm for data compression in WSNs.

Power saving is a critical issue on wireless sensor networks since they are operated by as

they are powered by batteries which cannot be generally charged or recharged. To achieve

energy efficiency in wireless sensor networks an efficient algorithm using Huffman coding is

used at sensor nodes .
