PROFILE

I’m a Telecommunication postgraduate. I have finished my degree in December 2009. I’m

Reliable, trustworthy, numerate and meticulous person. I have an experience of working for

a couple of major companies in the field of Electronics and Telecommunications. I’m able to

work on own initiative or as part of a team and can deal with engineering duties

competently. Have initiative and ideas and can working alone or as part of a team. I’m

adaptable and quick to learn new skills. Getting on well with people at all levels, easily

making good working relationships as well as well-developed project analysis and IT skills

combined with a flexible attitude to work.

Thesis title: Application and future aspects of telemedicine technology which may be

encountered as one of the hottest topics in research. Modules included: Introductory

Programming (JAVA), Optical Communication Systems, Radio Systems and Personal

Communications Networks, Internetworking, Mobile Data Networks, Digital Transmission,

Software Engineering, Real time Communication Systems, Information Theory and Coding

and Traffic Theory.

Graduation project: The design of the IT Lab at Stratford upon Avon College. Modules

included: Analog Electronics, Analog Systems, Digital and Computer Technology, Digital

WORK EXPERIENCE

October 2011 Anritsu Ltd/Sweden-UK-Field Service Engineer-Up to date

To inspect, test and calibrate Anritsu conformance test Systems & Instruments (3G and LTE) for

customers in Finland, Sweden, France, Spain, Denmark and the UK (e.g. Intel, NVIDIA) primarily

for the on-site activities.

To carry out basic troubleshooting and on-site repair of Anritsu Conformance Test Systems and

related DMR & RF products (where appropriate). Where on site repair cannot be carried out

then initial diagnosis and analysis should be carried out in the customer environment.

To maintain the on-site equipment used in calibration and repair activity, making sure it is in

good working order and within the correct and current calibrations (i.e. for ISO17025 traceability

etc.).

June 2013 Anritsu Ltd/UK- EMEA Service Customer Support Engineer

To provide post-sales operational, technical, application & general equipment usage support for

all Anritsu products.

To develop support documentation to improve our customer experience (ie FAQs, User Guides,

Knowledge bases etc) with the Customer Support Manager.
