market. Worked with Cellular South A&E firm on the site design, for power
and the equipment upgrade.
Drafted the BOM while on site, scoped and ordered required materials for

The Lucent equipment was being used in the Alabama market. Nokia equipment
was being used in are sister build in Mississippi market.
At the times I was required to manage either market on Approved for all
field design and BOM's to be ordered prior to construction. Approved any

towers and equipment upgrade. Swapping out the existing Nortel equipment
with new upgraded Harris equipment, Re-banning as we went. Responsible for
the selection of all general contractors, approving of the finale A&E
drawings. Prepared and submitted the BOM for ordering and warehousing of
all the equipment. Submitted the finale A&E drawing for permitting and
approval from the city. Holding weekly meet with the client and user for

Performed the pathing Quality control for the New York, Long island 1800
cell site build out. Managed the day-today pathing crews, which included
the installation of the Dragon-wave and Bridge wave 1-2 foot dishes.
Performed Quality assurance on the installations of the dishes, while
handling access issue with land lords on a daily bases a long with problems
that may have occurred, resolving them quickly as possible, prior to the 4
G installations with the MSO upgrade build out going on at the same time.

While in Afghanistan, I design and over seen the installation of the
Outside Plant, for one of NATO bases. Utilizing local work force, I was
assigned to oversee the construction of housing that would house the
upcoming troop assignments for their living and working quarters.
While assigned to ROHN SAUDI INTERNATIONAL. I was directing the build out
of 184 cell site for the Terraria antenna systems for the SAUDI Government.
In detail there were 135 raw land builds, 49 modes, along 184 shelter that
were built in country which I performed Quality control to ROHN standards.
All 184 site required power and Telecom upgrade all site required either a
New Generator fuel cells install or we installed 29 site that require Solo
Panel in the Sahara Desert along with a MSO that needed to be design and
built.

market, this consist of 350 cell site all site included the managing of
A&E, site Acquisitions, selections of general contractor, the ordering of
power and T-1's and installations of all of the utilities. Performing bid
walks on all of the site including scoping and BOM ordering. Perform the
power upgrades where required. Material handling and warehousing of the
equipment to be installed, and scheduling the commissioning of the
equipment. Approved the closeout packaging for submitting to the client
equipment manufacture were Nokia, Ericsson, true positions. Held Bi-weekly
meeting with client, dealt with construction issue pertaining to clients
and customers' needs managed the Decom of the Nokia equipment to be
relocated to another market.

the new installations, approved all sweep test and cable replacement when

Managed the quality assurance for the installations of the NEW Ericsson
UMTS equipment for Cingular merging with AT&T Nokia equipment in the Bay
area, over 600 sites were affected by the merger/upgrade. I approved
everything from new design to site acceptance to the completed turn over
packages. Guided construction supervisor and general contractors and subs
on the recommended proper correction actions to be taken for a proper
installations of equipment in a timely manner. I was the middle person for
client/end user to field personal and Land lord, for any issues that need
to be solved prior to constructions or during constructions.

Managed 100 cell site upgrade for E-911 equipment installations to
commissioning. Performed internal QA/QC close out and acceptance.
Performed a complete turnkey design and installations of 18 raw land
Microwave build out for the State of Nevada from setting the shelter to
tower and Microwave dish. All shelter required to have a complete equipment
package to be install with cable ladder, battery banks with batteries FIF
racks to equipment bays to assembling on site prior to the tower and
microwave dishes being installed, coordinate with state reps on design,
permitting delivery and turn up to close out, dealt with the state Rep on
all change orders that were required for approval.
FORT McCoy -VERIDIAN- SPARTA WISSCONSSAN 2002-2004
SENIOR INFORMATION TECHNOLGIST
Managed the Quality assurance for the I3PM/LAN/WAN/QUTEN project for the US
ARMY. Overseen 110 miles of outside plant conduit and of which 148 KLM of
fiber cable ranging from 6 strand to 288 strand [single and multimode
fiber]. Installed 3 New POPs a long with 38 miles cooper cable ranging from
25 pair, to 1800 pair cable in turn we installed 124 manholes and 4 Hand
holes, extended the existing MDF with 11 new vertical main frames which
serviced the 110 building, that included 150 communication rooms that house
the CISCO 4500-6500 router.
The 11 NEW vertical main frame we were able to in large the cable plant by
5,000 new copper cable pairs. I had to redesign Verizon as-built due to
they left off more than half of the building entry or in-proper running of
interior conduit to Army/Government standards, beside the interior redesign
I had add road crossing with proper steel sleeves and concrete cap to
protect the fiber Optics cable form Tank crossing.
Cost of this project was over 11 million dollars .Held Bi-weekly meeting
with senior Military member and high ranking DOD employees on progress or
installation an change that were required.
ASTAC/ BARROW ALASKA 2000-2002
OUTSIDE PLANT MANAGER
Managed the day to day Inside/outside plant actives in a rural telephone
plant in Alaska. Basically keep a rural telephone company a float with
install and repairs to the switch and outside plant. ASTAC took this plant
over from GTE, I spent over a years' time in the Outside Plant upgrade to
current standards and rebuilding the existing cable plant to code, when I
first arrived their back log in installs were over 200 behind, trouble
ticket were about the same in back logged installs. It took over 5 months
to get the numbers down to single numbers on both troubles and installs. We
maintained and install everything from POTS to T-1s to DS0- DS3 56k
circuits to the microwave tower. Weather is main challenged beside
location, ordering and receiving materials is a challagened, we all so
support the out laying villages and the slope for telephone service.
METRICOM-GENERAL DYNAMICS ATALANT GA 1999-2000
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Managed the day to day new construction for Metricom ISM build out. [Fore
father for DAS] managed the day to day construction active for 289 NEW cell
sites in the Atlanta area along with additional 278 cell site in the
Washington DC area. Hired all General Dynamic construction supervisor a
long with the selection of all general contractor for constructions and
A&E contractors, tracked the job from cradle to grave ordered all materials
and permits T-1's and power. Trained in house personal on construction
standards and procedures, approved all construction changes and drawing
prior to build hired my office staff. Approved on closeout package prior to
submitting to are client. Held construction calls with client and GD,
attended site acquisitions site by site meeting. Directed are PC on
updating with accurate data form the field to the tracker and approved the
up loads and change to the master tracker.
