• Child Application Processing System (CAPS) is an integrated eligibility system that provides Child Health Insurance

Program (CHIP) through Pennsylvania Insurance Department and insurance companies.

• Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Application for Social Service (COMPASS) is an integrated web-based, multi-lingual

self-service tool that provides customers a greater hand in applying and managing benefits.
