Project Title: New product development - Pneumatic angle seat valve.
Software used: Design-Manual calculations, Solidworks, kinematic, & Sigmund stacks.

Project Description: DFMEA, Design, Stack up analysis, releasing manufacturing drawings with GD&T includes cost
estimation prototype development. Developed product is tested for 20 lakhs life cycles. Leakage of
actuator is measured at different stages and checked with leakage standard permissible limits as per
customer reference.
Project Title: Hoists (Cad Model, Fabrication, Casting & Machining Drawing)
Software used: Design-Manual calculations, Solidworks.
Team members & Duration: 12 & 1 years.
Project Description: This project was done for CMCO asper the API, ANSI, ASME, standard (Monorail Systems &
Underhung Cranes), Design, Stack up analysis, releasing manufacturing drawings & GA drawings with
GD&T.
Project Title: Rotating Equipment & Valve head (Cad Model, Fabrication, Casting & Machining Drawing)
Software used: Design - Solidworks.
Team members & Duration: 2 & 3 years.
Project Description: Parallel Design and Development activity at Aramco Saudi Arabia for Rotating Equipment, Valve head,
Flange, Spool, DSA, Diffuser, Impeller, Sleeve, Pump Casing, Shaft & BOP, Wire line tools, Manifold
design with portable truck.
Project Title: Hydraulic Tilting fixture (Cad Model, Fabrication & Machining Drawing)
Software used: Design-Manual calculations, Solidworks.
Team members & Duration: 4 & 1 years.
Project Description This project was done for L & T. This fixture is used for handling the rocket body for machining,
Design, Stack up analysis, releasing manufacturing drawings & GA drawings with GD&T.
To Model & Perform Kinematic Analysis for Chain assembly layouts (3.3 & 3.5)
Project Title:
Software used: Design-Solidworks motion analysis.
Team members & Duration: 2 & 3 Months.
Project Description: To determine the contact area between bush and sprocket for the 3.3mm and 3.5mm bush size in Chain
Assemblies while using the kinematics determine the.
1. Contact area between Crank sprocket and bush.
2. Contact force between Tensioner and bush.
3. Reaction force.
Chain assembly follow the Crank sprocket and Cam sprocket based on the profile and Tensioner is used
to maintain stiffness in the chain links.
Project Title: Turret model (Cad Model, Fabrication & Machining Drawing)
Software used: Design-Manual calculations, Solidworks.
Team members & Duration: 2 & 9 Months.
Project Description: This Project was done for Combat Vehicle Research Development (Top portion of the tanker) Design,
Releasing manufacturing drawings & GA drawings with GD&T.
Project Title: Rocker Cover (Cad Model, & Drawing)
Software used: Design - Solidworks.
Team members & Duration: 2 & 4 Months.
Project Description: This task involves the clearing the supports along the inside of the rocker cover. This item was initially
designed parting line to be manufactured through injection modeling process. This item will be
machined and there fore optimized to reduce machinin g time and cost. This cover used in V6 engine.
Project Title: Throttle Body (Cad Model, Casting & Machining Drawing)
Software used: Design - Solidworks.
Team members & Duration: 5 & 1 Years.
Project Description: Design the proper air-fuel mixture based on the engine requirements (emission control system).
Achievements:
1. Layout Design and creating new concept model and discuss with Customer and implement the Design.
2. Finalized the model and Release Fabrication, Machine & GA Drawings.
3. FEM (Solid and Surfacing) meshing in patran and Applying the material and Boundary condition.
