information on Emirates Airline, its brand values and is the platform for

launching Emirates Airline's services including;

www.emirates.com is the single online e-mail interface for Emirates

customers to interact with emirates Call Centre. Seamless interaction is

developed by integrating 'Contact US' form with BT Genesys API.

www.emirates.com is integrated with RAPID System for channelizing

customer's booking cancellations & refund requests directly to commercial

systems. Avoiding the call centre interactions, this integration focuses

towards reducing Emirate's refund period to less than 10 working days.

Personalization of customer experience is ensured on www.emirates.com

through skywards/business rewards registrations and logins. Upcoming Travel

management specific to user, subscriptions to special offers etc. are

features built with the website.

In addition, the application is interfaced to multiple online revenue

sources including Land Products (Hotels & Cars), Travel port and STPC.

User experience and SEO standards of website is tracked through Tealeaf,

Omniture and GTM.

www.emirates.com is localized in 16 languages and hosted in 130 country

version. The list will keep growing based on the commercial targets of

Emirates Airlines.

Description:

The Ovation Master Configuration Tool will be used to configure any panel,

LRU or device of interest. It will have the ability to draw up a master

equipment list that will contain a list of equipments required by the

aircraft.

The tool should be intuitive enough to assist and guide the user in the

configuration, simulation, testing & generation of release documents for

individual equipments and at the aircraft level; also the tool will have

the workflow management for release, CCO, NRO & defect tracking.

This tool will be used as the standard tool by the Apps Engineers, Testing

& Production groups and will be used for the C-Series, E-Series and Ovation

Select where ever applicable.

The tool will revolve around the concept of reuse and build once use

multiple times and hence will have the ability to clone from a complete

plane to an individual graphic.

Versioning will be a major part of the tool with overrides built into the

system.

MCT is a design tool for all Ovation select LRU(s); Covers the LRU(s) for

Select 100, Select 200, OST and Media Dock as well as Landing page,

Graphics management, Styles Management and Protocol Analyzer.

SINE: is an abbreviation for Interconnection System, Numbering and Routing.

SINE sends files to these systems and it can also receive files from them.

SINE is an application that checks if a phone number has been ported or

not, and it also checks if the porting is still active

Virgin Mobile USA is a wireless entertainment service and cellular

telephone company that is a joint-venture between Virgin Group and Sprint

Virgin Mobile USA uses Sprint's CDMA based Personal Communications Service.

Virgin Mobile USA (VMU) is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) venture

of Sprint and Virgin group. VMU offers prepaid services and provides

additional services utilizing Sprint network by aggregating services from

third parties or developed within VMU framework.

The objective here is to enhance the existing applications of VMU with

their new functionalities. IBM USA and IBM India are responsible for Build

i.e., configuration, scripting etc and Testing. The Business Requirement

Document provides tester details about the new implementation. Testing will

be performed across various channels like Siebel, WAP, and Web etc., based

on the requirement.

errors as entries have to be selected from the dropdown options in many of

the fields, to ensure a quality product.

This further serves the purpose of easy query, as information being

captured in well granulated fields. It captures all types of assays

pertaining to enzyme/receptors targets. The tool is provided with

'Reference to Users' micro module which assists in identifying other names

of organisms, activity type and therapeutic indications. The key

functionality of the tool is that it provides an option wherein the curator

and QC once after curation and quality check has to select the

corresponding check box and once the check box is selected they are not

provided with an option of modifying the data.
