TECHNICAL SKILLS:

. Knowledge on wired technologies which includes public switch telephone

network, Integrated services digital network, signaling system 7.

. Have a depth knowledge on global system for mobile communication,

general packet radio system, enhanced data rate for GSM evolution,

code division multiple access, universal mobile telecommunication

system.

. Know Working of various Telecom Protocols such as ISUP, SCCP, TCAP,

Title : Optimized Design Of UART IP Soft-core Based On DMA MODE

Description : In this project UART IP soft-core based on DMA mode can

reduce elapsed time of CPU greatly in data transmission process so that the

performance of system can be improved and design requirements can be better

met with less resources occupied, high speed, high flexibility and high

transportability

. Analysis of collected Drive Test data.

. Suggesting Changes on the basis of Drive Test report.

. Planning new sites as per traffic and coverage requirements.

. Optimization of new sites as well as existing sites.

. BCCH, BSIC, HSN, MAIO & Handover planning.

. Hands on experience in Frequency and Neighbor Planning.

. Generation of Network Quality Report, analyzing them and making

changes in the Network accordingly.

. Daily Network performance analysis using Key Performance Indices

(KPI).

. Maintain the Whole Network as per Customer requirement from RF Side

and Provide Proposal & Survey of Site in Order to maintain GOS &

Coverage.

. Improving the 3G Parameters RSCP, Ec/No etc. on the basis of Drive

test reports.

. Setting Up for RNC HO, 3G-2G HO vice versa, NODE-B HO and suggesting

Changes on basis of test reports.

. Data Testing Like HSDPA, HSUPA, Multi RAB & R-99 Using FTP, Speedtest,

Netpersec.

. Optimization of network at parameter level so as to meet the

performance criteria.

. Managing KPIs viz. SDCCH Blocking, TCH Blocking, SDCCH Drops, TCH

Drops, SQI & HOSR

etc.

. Radio parameter tuning and maintaining site database.

. To improve the Coverage and Quality of the network by making changes

on sites.

. Consistency checks between OMC and RF plan & mutually defined

neighbors.

a. 3G Drive test and worked on the area of RNC HO, Ec/No, RSCP, Soft- Soft,

Soft- Softer, Softer- Softer Handover and vice versa, Data HSDPA-HSUPA,

HSDPA-R99 etc.

b. Studying and analyzing the Layer-3 Messages of 3G Drive Report.
