My primary responsibilities include collecting all pertinent information concerning all
corporate and social events and distributing that information to all relevant
departments through Banquet Event Orders and Group Resumes. I enter and keep
current this information in hotel software. I maintain reports on weekly, monthly and
yearly sales. I am responsible for the sports’ team market; working to bring traveling
sports groups to our hotel.

1,500 on everything from menu and logistics to buffet design and rental
