included: virus removal, hardware repair, computer maintenance, I.T. purchasing, and

training employees to use company systems.

Monitored VOIP phone directory and call recording systems using ShoreTel and Oaisys

software. Tracking and reporting of leads including managing a call center of 3-4 people.

Systems administration; ensured all client files were backed up daily, employees have

access to all required files, and maintenance/configuration for multiple servers.

Converted office from primarily paper to digital format. Specifically: file management,

banking, and lawyer/client agreements.

Marketing Manager - Accident Attorneys’ Group, Newport Beach, CA May 2012 – Feb 2015

Managed $200,000 / month Google Adwords, Yahoo/Bing PPC, and Yelp Campaigns along with

several other industry specific websites including AVVO, FindLaw, and Lawyers.com.

Achieved first and second page search engine results for several websites in multiple extremely

competitive keywords through SEO.

Provided ad copy and web design along with audio, image, and video editing for numerous

marketing initiatives. Specific projects included: email marketing, flyers for the Yellow pages,

radio commercials, video testimonials, and targeted microsites.
