. Supervise and checked F.O. cable to splice closure(Dome Type or

Sandwich Type) and splicing of 12F,24F,48F, 72F &

144F F.O. telecom cables including fixing and required bending radius

as per QP Standard.

. Supervised and checked of the installation of Optical Distribution

Frame(O.D.F.),Optical Termination Panel(O.T.P.) and

Optical Termination Box.(O.T.B.) as per approved for construction

drawing.

. Conduct pre testing using O.T.D.R. to measure length, faults in

fiber, F.O. break points, attenuation loss, splice loss and

connector loss.

. Conduct pre testing using power meter to measure loss and make sure

that maximum loss is smaller than the maximum

loss permitted.

. Conduct rectification/troubleshooting and repair of fiber optic

cable.

. Final O.T.D.R. testing witness by clients in Far-to-end and vice

versa in Both 1310nm & 1550nm wavelength).
