4/2014 – 3/2015 Network Engineer for Alphaserve Technologies, New York, NY. Network engineer working in a Network

Operating Center were we monitor client network devices remotely. A wide range of responsibilities including troubleshooting

and resolving issues such as wireless connectivity, Spanning tree and HSRP status changes. Investigating and resolving outages

of BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF peering sessions. Configuring VPN tunnels, ACLs and Forwarding policies on ASA and Palo Alto

Firewalls. Troubleshooting problems with VPN access for clients working from home. Working with Internet Service Providers

to troubleshoot and resolve circuit problems.

11/2013 – 2/2014 Network Support Technician for DGL Group, Edison, NJ. Responsibilities include configuring and

monitoring of layer 2 and 3 network devices including BGP, OSPF, VLANS, HSRP, ACLs ect. I was responsible for resolving a

variety of network related problems and responsible for keeping the network devices up to date with software/hardware

upgrades as well as licenses.

10/2012- 2/2013 Field supervisor for Rostan Solutions, Brick, NJ. Responsibilities included maintaining records of debris

pickups based on location and crews, troubleshooting field equipment, creating weekly schedules, coordinating with Project

Management, Primary and Sub-Contractors to create debris pickup schedule for Hurricane Sandy Victims, Monitoring Sub-

Contractors in order to prevent fraud and training employees. I left to return to school.

7/2011- 10/2012 Junior Network Administrator at D.U.E. Season Charter School, Camden, NJ. Responsibilities include

troubleshooting issues involving network connectivity, network security, and repairing pc hardware. I also assisted with,

network design, cabling, VLAN configuration, troubleshooting routers and switches, IP network addressing, and setup of

audio/visual equipment.
