designs for equipment, scheduling of vendor supplied equipment and skid

packages with field construction.

- Dyn-McDermott Louisiana and Texas - Site preparation, construction,

commissioning, and start-up of de-gassing facilities at crude oil

reservoir sites owned by the Dept. of Energy.

1981 - 1993 McDermott International, Inc., Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Operations

Manager responsible for overall operations, bid submission, and

administration of the Offshore Hook-up Operations Department activities for

all projects in the Middle East Area, Arabian Gulf, Arabian Sea and the Bay

Of Bengal.

- ONGC India - Installation/hook-up and pre-commissioning of four

wellhead platforms and modifications to five existing complexes to

accept well fluids from the new installations.

- GUPCO Egypt - Installation/hook-up and pre-commissioning of a gas

compression platform and tie-in of a new bridge to the existing

production platform.

- IOOC Iran - Demolition, removal, installation/hook-up, and

commissioning of production complexes in Nasr and Salman offshore

oil fields.

- CPC Sharjah - Installation/hook-up and commissioning of a production

platform with demolition and upgrading of the existing platforms to

integrate control from the new facility located in Murbarak Field.

Supervisor responsible for labor resources, construction, pre-commissioning

and start-up assistance of various major projects including:

- Aramco Saudi Arabia - Fabrication of three 6-pile tie-in platforms, and

modifications to fifteen wellhead platforms in Berri field.

- ONGC India - Fabrication and installation of two 4-pile jackets and

temporary decks in Bombay High field.

1978 – 1980 Saia Electric, Baton Rouge, La. Instrument Supervisor for major

instrumentation upgrades including installation of pneumatic and electronic

instruments, field calibration, and loop checking in various operating plants

for Exxon Chemical.

1976 - 1977 Daniels Construction/H.E. Wiess, Inc., Baton Rouge, La. Field Engineer

and Piping Supervisor responsible for piping and structural installation,

inspection, civil layout, blue print "As Built", testing and coordinating of

personnel for modifications to various units in Exxon Chemical.

1974- 1975 Payne & Keller, Baton Rouge, La. Piping/Structural Inspector/Supervisor

responsible for pipe and structural inspection and installation related to the

construction of an additional chemical facility for Ciba Geigy Chemicals.
