production by 12% over last year. Achieved best employee retention division wide throughout 2014, by
establishing a new training program, a recognition program, and a new employee committee to improve team

Dispatch Planning Supervisor, Jan 2013 – Jan 2014
• Redesigned routes and runs in Greater Toronto Area where I have achieved 98% dispatch efficiency a
number yet to be reached by any other DPS Supervisor. Supervised and evaluated all aspect of every driver's
daily production report to improve production and efficiency. Reduced Daily KMS by 170 KMs daily by
eliminating unnecessary routes. Created new Load Charts and Diagrams which reduced driver selection time and
increased productivity.

• Redesigned routes and runs in both the Island of Montreal and Laval. Achieved and maintained 8 hour
plan day for the entire center for the first time in the division. Improved drivers production to an overall average
of 13 Stops per Hour from 9.8 Stops Per Hour by improving load quality and implementing DPS system. Created
new load charts, and load diagrams for loaders, which decreased Drivers selection time and improved
productivity. Received a certificate from Company president for going Above and Beyond.
Operations Supervisor, Mar 2008 – Oct 2010
• Increased Production by 31 percent within the first three weeks and maintained that level of production.
Achieved best production in the division for the entire assignment duration. Improved On Time Delivery by
saving an hour on the back end and getting drivers out on road early. Redesigned Preload Operation which
improved production and eliminated positions.
