. Architected a queuing mechanism in which requested financial refunds
could be reviewed by a specially trained group of reps and either
accepted or reject the particular request. If accepted, system
would interface with an Oracle Financials application that would
actually cut the checks and update the customers' financial
balances.
. Designed and maintained an ASP front end fallout application for
handling order errors. The application worked as a queue, so that
reps could work the errors in the appropriate order, while ensuring
that no two reps would work the same error.
. Architected and created web based CRM system using ASP.Net for the

. Designed, created and maintained a wide variety of applications for
IDT Telecom for both backend and frontend use. Focus was directed at
improving and building on the existing provisioning and billing
processes with the goal of increasing company revenue. Application
Development included creation and use of ERD's and DFD's, PL/SQL,
Object-Oriented Design using Borland Delphi, ASP, XML, and Web
Services as well as the utilization of many other applications to
help streamline the implementation life cycle of the projects in
development.
o Software Developer
. Designed and developed an XML-based anti fraud web service using
SOAP using C# in .Net, to be used in conjunction with credit card
transactions, by various lines of business within IDT to help
minimize fraud and credit card charge backs.
. Developed, created and implemented Oracle based system which enables
IDT's CPS business to process electronic payments (credit card and
electronic checks), either on demand or automatically on a monthly
basis (EZ-Pay) for both domestic accounts as well as accounts in the
UK. System included interfacing with Third Party COM Components.
. Created an automated FTP Service with email notification used by
various divisions within the company. Service is responsible for
uploading various data files to many different vendors. Service
included a front end for monitoring the process as well as a backend
for configurations.
. Played a major role as a team member responsible for the
construction and maintenance of a comprehensive Customer Service
front-end application written primarily in Delphi for administering
account information. Services included but not limited to viewing
basic account data such as address and contact info, customer plan
and rating information, adding financial data such as payments and
charges, viewing all account activity, viewing Call Detail Records,
adding events to an account so that actions could be taken against.
. Adapted a Com Component to, pull up an account in a CRM application
before the call would be transferred to the particular rep from the
IVR. This tool allowed for a customer service rep to, before
talking with the customer, review account information and got rid of
the need to ask a customer for their identification again after
entering it into the IVR, resulting with a better customer
experience.
. Decreased customer service call volume by 30%, by developing a Web
Services Based IVR interface.
. Created an Oracle based API in Pl/Sql which gave the ability to

application via the consumption of Web Services from within Oracle.
