TESS- Telesales European Solution is a real-time software application which

manages:

. Telesales of the customer.

. Customer turnovers and order history.

. Strategic Call planning.

. Maintenance of the season based customer route information.

. Customer pricing based on promotions.

. Programs that synchronizes the data between SAP and TESS.

. Inbound and outbound calls using the Central Telephony system.

TESS comprises of the following sub applications:

1. TESS Admin Console

This application is used by the super users to administrate the

TESS Client configurations, major modules like order taking process, stock

Management, Customers, Call list generation, Strategic Call and Route

Planning, employees and authorizations. User can enable/disable the

2. TESS Client

process which is presently a ground reality which is managed with

excels documents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. Analysis & study of the BRS & TS documents for different

requirements.(Visited to Client Place to Collect the Requirements )

. Discussion with development team for any gaps in requirements (if

any).

. Development of test scripts and internal peer review.

. Maintain and update peer review logs for each of the test script.

. Performing various tests like Smoke, Functional, Integration,

System, and Exploratory & Retesting in different environments like
