Project Title : Analysis of Floor Panel Mismatch in Honda Activa

Duration : 8 weeks

Project is about the major problem which is found in Honda activa due to improper alignment of

the floor panel and the main pipe assembled together on the line.

Causes of the FLP mismatch.

Checking of the welded parts.

Inspection of the parts recieved from vendor at BOP.

Vehicle quality inspection.

Analysis of floor panel stay, main pipe in weld shop and recieving gauge and fitting methods.
