Using the DMAIC process, our team identified the scope of our project and
conducted preliminary and primary research to identify the root cause of
low graduation rates and student/teacher dissatisfaction. With this
information, we were able to make effective recommendations that gave
students an advisor that was reliable, approachable, and universally
informative, while giving professors more time to tend to student needs and
conduct personal research.
