Objective :Design a system to automate approval of documents requests from employees.

Desinged a web portal where employees can rise requests for leaves, documents and any queries

to the organization.

The project was successfully completed in a period of 6 months and the solution is being used

by HRMS department (Human Resources Management System) of Polaris Financial Technology

Ltd, Chennai.

The tools and technologies used are Eclipse as an IDE, HTML and JSP for designing the front-

end, the back-end uses Java Servlets and for storage MySQL was used.
