To whom it may concern:
My name is Gheorghe Stoichita, I am an US Citizen and want to express my interest in the current
opening for an Operations/Assembly Supervisor/Manager.
I am originally from Romania where I specialized in Splinting Processing, attending a 5 years Industrial
High School, and then graduated with an Assistant Engineer Diploma in the Major of Machine Building
Technology. After acquiring a vast 23-year experience in the mechanical field and being head of
workshop responsible with quality improvement, workforce and environment safety rules and other day-
to-day production work, in 2004 I moved with my family in US. Here I worked for 8 years with
Schneider Electric where I mastered the switchboard manufacturing process, the assembly of breakers
and cradles with both electrical and mechanical components.
With a continual improvement in quality assembly and being decided to advance my career with a job
that best suits my acquired experience and skills, I have much to offer to your company:
Improve productivity and increase profits
Develop ways to eliminate waste and increase efficiency
Improve the job performance by encouraging further development of skills
Keep workers and management focused on ZERO defects
Apply Jidoko, Six-Sigma, Kaizen and Lean principles to solve problems, encouraging a
continuous improvement in all processes
Other activities to improve the overall work and production environment
Sincerely,
Gheorghe Stoichita
