2008 -2010: Comverse – Tier 3.5 Technical Support. Provided technical support for

SMS platforms (LINUX, JAVA, and ORACLE), focal point for escalation, preventive

maintenance, debug & upgrades. Worked with many interfaces. (R&D, international

customers & Vendors).

2006 -2008: Bezeq: Network Technical Support. Provided support over ATM.

Worked with costumers to setup network configuration, including: cisco routers,

workstations and printers.
