Networks Trouble Management BMC REMEDY Action Request System application.. Performance and Topology

Applications (PTAP) supports the Networx project by providing end to end performance monitoring between all

CenturyTel Telecom Service Provider provides, TCP IP, Voice OverInternetProtocol (VOIP) services to its Business

and End user customers. The BVOIP Workflow application is as an orchestration workflow by the VOIP Order

management system. This is used by VOIP System external Networks customers for processing VOIP

Orders,CPE,WIFI Orders. There are multiple systems which interact with the VOIP application. The orders are placed

by the customers using an upstream application called Logical Inventory Management System.

Tesco is a telecom project. Provides Voice and data to mainly customers. It has the following modules TCARE for order

management, Selfcare for customer LEAP system for provisioning and OBRM third party system for Billing and invoicing

and CRITS for trouble ticket management I am involved in the CRITS, order submission, Application and product

testing. Hosted OSS/BSS telecom solution is a internal solution project providing end to end product, with TCare as

CRM, OBRM as Billing Application. Phase 1 has been delivered successfully. I am involved in the Order Fulfillment and

the Order Processing, where the tracking of the orders and the sub orders from CRM to all the downstream systems. I

am involved in testing the 2G,3G, Postpaid/ Prepaid – Voice/ Data/ WIFI orders from the order management and the

fulfilment. Also involved in Billing, Invoicing and Rating, Subscription Management, Payments and Collections etc
