PROJECT 1:

Client : Landmark Group, Dubai

Duration : Nov 2011 - June 2014

Environment : Siebel Loyalty 8.1.4 and Oracle 10g

Role : Test Lead

DESCRIPTION:

The Landmark Group's loyalty Shukran program has been introduced in July

2010, to enhance relationship with customers across various brands. With a

'customer first' focus, the program have achieved leadership status in the

retail segment - confirmed by a large member base and active redemption of

rewards. Landmark Loyalty Programs offer distinct privileges to its members

from added value, savings and rewards to all members registered in Loyalty

program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Involved in the Planning, Monitoring, and Control of the testing

activities and tasks

. Review the team's User Stories from the Product Backlog during sprints

. Planning done on team member's workload, scope/requirements and

reporting to the Test Manager

. Estimated on Story Points and Velocity

. Taken responsibility for areas in the Test plan /sprint and worked

with others to complete the tasks assigned to the team

Qantas is widely regarded as the world's leading long distance airline and

one of the strongest brands in Australia. Qantas continues to provide

outstanding service to its customers and is at the forefront of the

international civil aviation industry. LION is a Siebel Loyalty

Implementation based on Siebel 8.1 module.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Involved in Requirement Analysis, Prepared Test Scenarios, Executed

Test Scenarios, Test Result Reporting and Defect Tracking

. Performed Functional and Regression Tests extensively and coordinated

with respective downstream systems to get the signoff for the

scenarios

. Interacted with the client, component teams and Development team for

day to day activities

. Worked on various Loyalty functionalities like Member Enrollment,

Member Authentication, Manual Point Adjustment, Payments & Refunds

Mexicana Project handles various processes of Member Management, Program

Administration and Partner Administration through Siebel Loyalty

application which will be used by the Business users of Siebel Loyalty to

validate against their expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Performed the tasks of documenting and updating testing requirement to

test managers

. Worked on various Loyalty functionalities like Point Purchase, Points

Transfer, Points Reactivation, Gift Points and Email Functionality

across application.

. Performing System and User Acceptance testing of the Application

. Providing support to other team members on test case designing

. Defects were tracked logged, tracked and reviewed using Bugzilla

. Review each other's work, including test specifications, defect

reports and test results

PROJECT 4:

Client : GE Commercial Finance (EEF MR1, EEF MR2, EEF ER3)

Duration : August 2007 - March 2009

Environment : Siebel 7.8

Role : Tester

DESCRIPTION:

Siebel Financial Services Application was built for Capital Solutions

Europe (CSE). There are periodic releases of this application with new

additional requirements. In Maintenance and Enhancement Releases EEF MR1,

EEF MR2 and EEF ER3 in which new additional requirements were incorporated

in the application.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Understanding SDLC and the functionality of application from the Use

Cases

. Writing the test cases derived from the Business Functional

Requirements

. Manually executing the Test Cases for Functionality to achieve initial

stability of the application

. Participating in daily review meetings to counter daily problems

. Following up with the developers for fixing the bugs

. Working with the Development and Product groups in problem analysis,

reproduction and resolution

. Communicating with the Business Analyst for Change Request if desired

by them for improving the usability of the application
