Job Summary
Provides professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process of

Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurses care for newborn babies who are delivered

Assessment of patient upon arrival to the unit, attach to devices needed by

Establish intravenous line, extract blood specimen if needed.
Carry out doctor's orders, give medications, and assist in special

Job description:
Responsible in performing and operating the machine used in non-invasive
cardiac diagnostic unit procedures (2D echocardiography)
Schedules the patient for the procedure
Facilitate in the transport of patient, to and from the unit, provides
safety and privacy to the patient
Performs the procedure by taking different views/ windows of the heart such
as the parasternal long axis view, short axis view, four chambers and five
chambers.
Take accurate measurements of the different cardiac chambers,
interventricular septum, and posterior walls.
Records flow velocities, valvular movements, calcifications,
regurgitations, thrombus formations,effusions, congenital anomalies and
other abnormalities in the surrounding structures
Discusses with the cardiologist observations both clinical and technical

Job description:
Performs overall registered nursing care. Assessment, planning,
implementation and evaluation to the care of Renal patients (In patient and
out patient).
Assessment of patient includes vital signs, weight, skin turgor, AV
fistula/IJ site, clinical signs and symptoms, edema, dyspnea and other
unusualities.
Prepares the machine, dialyzer and the patient for dialysis
Facilitate laboraoty results needed for dialysis.
Cannulate patient's AV fistula, attach the necessary tubings needed for
dialysis, operate the machine to start the dialysis.
Continuous monitoring of vital signs, pain score, level of consciousness of
patient throughout the procedure.
Terminate dialysis as ordered, detach tubings from the patient.
Monitoring, evaluation and recording done throughout the process.
