EMPLOYMENT:
Feburary1 2014 – November 24, 2014: Horizon Mud Company, Inc., Gulf Coast
Inventory Control Manager.
Responsible for supply chain / procurement at 5 warehouses in the Gulf Coast region.
Initiating purchase orders to vendors for products needed to complete drilling operations.
Arrange shipping from vendors to the warehouses. Provide Accounts Payable with copies
of all invoices for products from vendors and trucking. Preform monthly physical count
at each warehouse. Record all sales and purchases of inventory in corporate accounting
system including product transfers between warehouses. Record batch reports of Oil
Based Mud in the accounting system to reflect the use of inventory in the assembly of the
product. Fulfill requests from Mud Engineers for the inventory needed at the rig for the
drilling process and arrange shipping to the rig. Monthly reconciliation of inventory for
each warehouse in the accounting system.

October 9, 2002 – February 1, 2014: East Texas Support Services, Inc. Human Resources
Director. Ten year member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Responsible for:
Human Resources: Advised Administration regarding all issues involving Labor Laws,
recruiting potential employees, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and
providing hiring recommendations to Administration and Department Heads. Investigate
and resolve all personnel complaints and issues, including write-ups resulting in
suspensions and/or termination for cause. Oversee bi-monthly payroll filing monthly,
quarterly (941 & SUTA) and annual tax reports (W-2, W-3), including all Government
required reports pertaining to employees, diversity and unemployment filings.
Insurance: Responsible for procurement of Employee Benefit packages and
administering benefits. Responsible for procurement of all Corporate Property/General
Liability Umbrella and Auto Insurance policies. Administered Non-subscriber Employee
Benefit program. Report all claims and monitor to conclusion.
Safety: Conducted weekly and quarterly safety training program for all drivers and
other Corporate employees. Including Defensive Driving programs and vehicle
inspections. Review, respond to and resolve all issues involving public complaints
regarding drivers and other employees.
