Full life cycle responsibility for Logistics tracking application: selection, negotiation, coordination, development
oversight, roll-out, training, process improvement, user training and support, and retirement as part of an elite team.
• Took 800 users in four regions across the U.S. from an obsolete application to a real-time, modern package
tracking system on schedule.
• Became the subject matter expert (SME) for the project hardware as Tier III support.
• Successfully negotiated two million dollar contract with software vendor.
• Simultaneously took on emergency planning coordinator role and “WorkSmart” advocate role to promote new
social networking and work efficiency tools. Helped produce and starred in two videos for WorkSmart.
• “Out-of-the-Box”, innovative actions taken to avoid roadblocks: helping/infiltrating the Fulfillment team to get
hardware out on time, assisting contract negotiations with Legal, mentoring/training, and otherwise refusing to be

At the inception of the AT&T I/T project management structure, I helped shape its evolution, then became a project
manager for the waterfall SDLC projects within our Supply Chain and Purchasing support team.
• Managed seven I/T projects for internal I/T and for Supply Chain.
• As part of an elite team, shaped the emerging CMM level 5 project management framework.
• Simultaneously supported users of the package tracking application hardware and implemented bug fixes.
Systems Analyst, 1993-2005
I inherited, enhanced, and partially re-wrote our tracking application, and resolved application bugs.
• Sole application enhancement and support for batch-based package tracking application for 300 users.
• Updated/replaced code for warehouse inventory management system.

Started in central office engineering, and then moved to mainframe programming, then new PC support.
