Project Description:

• Wellpoint Inc. is a big network which has various branches all around the world which has

rewarded many awards for the valuable services done in HEALTHCARE domain by following up

the HIPAA policies. Then Wellpoint Inc. has more than 100 applications used to serve the

customer valuable inputs and got many new clients till now.

• FileNet is one of the well-known applications used as Image storage services which has a

permanent database to store the batches in the form of images or faxes.

• FileNet acts as a hub for various applications which stores the images and to retrieve it for the

users.

• HPII acts as Image services for Recon and balance application, Ultera application for enabling the

workflow for the image transfer,

• COLD acts as image services to view the images,

• POST will get the images from the EDI application and will save the images in FileNet format.

• FileNet has a DOCClass which will save images as the docclass format. Many hospitals were

served using FileNet BPM, Ultera applications to view the faxes and images of the customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

o Verifying CE, AE and PE

o Rebooting all required components if needed

o Working on Change tickets for enhancement of our Applications.

o Installation and Configuring FileNet Capture, Assembly and Indexing

o Installation and Configuring MFD’s

o Performing all server health checks...

o Performing image services checks and validate the document to commit in FileNet.

o Deployment of all ST, SIT, and UAT builds in the specific boxes,

o Uploading a job in database (SQL) and run the job through shell script and check the job status in

TOAD.

o Check the faxes and images transferring status in capture.
