• Assist the building services supervisor, electrical technician in all technical matters.

• Maintain close communication and report day to day operational activities with building services supervisor/

electrical technician with difference site like Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Sharjah and Dubai Al

Manara Villa project.

standard and contract terms.

• Prepares the required application form in respect of power connection, installation of metering cabinet, shelters and

commercial building and fiber optic cabinets.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance work related to the installation operation, trouble shooting and maintenance

of electrical system, equipment, spares part supplies.

• Undertakes repair and maintenance of electrical appliances and tools electric kettles, vacuum cleaners drill machine.

• Conduct routine site inspections of assigned electrical system, machinery as required.

• Coordinates closely with BMS personnel in order to identify maintenance needs and action as appropriate.

• Provides documentation, coordination support for the procurement deployment and mobilization of electrical parts,

aids for the provision of additional lights, electrical line etc. as per the requirements.

• Read and interprets simple electrical blueprint and diagrams, sketches to ensure accuracy of trouble shooting and

repair jobs.

• Attends to call out duties as required in order promptly address electrical faults or equipment, electrical, machinery,

system, including fire alarm breakdown.

• Work from ladders, scaffolds and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring equipment’s and fixture.

• Place conduit pipes of tubing inside, designated partition, walls or other concealed areas and full insulated wires or

cable through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.

• Prepare bar code by using PDA.
