Establish catagory for type of loss so correct adjuster can respond in a timely manner to start repairs. Answer

Accomplishments
This job was on a as needed basis. We mostly dealt with weather related incidents. I was called back to work
each time. I worked 12 hours a day 7days a week during each deployment. I never missed a day,and was
always called back
Skills Used
Good customer service skills were an absolute must as you dealt with people who had just indured a catostropic
event. Computer skills for logging in to different programs, looking up insurance information, weather evernts
in different parts of the country and scheduling the correct adjuster

performed classroom training acording to standard operation procedures while adhering to FDA requirements.
Stressed the important of both donor and product safety. Continued training in a live environment, including
venipuncture skills, caring for reacting donor,and completing paperwork associated with lableing, tracking,
packing blood products. When not training new staff functioned as charge staff on bloodmobiles. Oversee the
daily operation of a blood drive including assessing and aproving the site on the day of the drive. Interacting with
sponsors and donors. Insuring the set up of drive on time to accept doners. Respecting there time and desire to
donate blood. Completing all paperwork attesting to the saftey of both donors and blood product. Managing staff
performance during the blood drive. Returning site back to condition as found after the completion. Returning
blood and paperwork back to Red Cross Center. Thanking sponsors, donors, volunteers, and staff. Ran a fixed
