Advanced Services Coordinator – Responsible for operations of multiple Advanced Service roll outs, including but not limited to the companies mobile rock lab, Quantifier, and Canary flare sensor.
Geoscience Technician (Advanced Geoscience Service) – Prep and clean samples to prepare for advanced rock analysis in the mobile rock lab. Operate a HAWK TOC, LECO TOC, Terra XRD, Olympus Multi/single Load XRD/XRF, Chromostratigraphy, rig up/down as well as clean, prep and trouble shoot Mass Spectrometer for field use with Loggers or as a standalone system.
Mudlogger – worked on 2 to 4 man team on well sites to effectively monitor gas from well during drilling, as well as identify different geological formations drilled, determine porosity and permeability of the formation. Create a detailed log of findings to communicate back to operator Geologists off location.
Culligan Water 2-2009/4-2011
Bottle Free Sales – cold calling outside sales rep to push the Culligan initiative of Bottle free water coolers. Led the sales team for 6 months in sales.
Service Manager – Ran operations for 13 licensed plumbers, 6 bottle free installers, 2 warehouse technicians, and one master plumber. Was responsible for all operations other than sales, and delivery (warehouse, warranties, inventory). Brought the net promoter score from 76% to 95% in the first 3 months. Cut daily spending b 40% in first 30 days.

General Manager – responsible for all company actions in Levittown PA (payroll, hiring, inventory, P&L, marketing, sales, events, etc.) I built the operations from 1 crew to a high of 7 residential and 2 commercial crews installing and servicing garage doors in the Eastern PA, NJ, NY, and DE areas.
