Remote sensor development and integration leading two subcontractors in establishing final processor Image Quality (IQ) algorithm requirement allocations and performance specifications involving highly complex space-based 3D remote sensor products. I made contributions within a collaborative multi-organizational team performing R&D tasks studying future technology for spaced based ISR systems. Performed image quality evaluations on imagery products with in-house tools. Collaborated in drafting a black box test production, performed the evaluation, and wrote the final report briefing the results to the customer and management. I applied scripted tests on streamed phase history data using the configured / resent build of the operational ground system as well as capturing data for off line analysis. I assisted in managing the test production project for the algorithm code assuring timely builds at planned gate releases. Responsible for providing expertise in support of developing an analytical processes and assessing impacts on collection/processing for intelligence, dissemination, archival, exploitation and display of digital imagery. Designed/conducted/analyzed the amplitude autofocus and image formation algorithm from streamed video patch data frames. Analysis included the measurement of the Impulse Response or Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) from injected synthetic point objects in the image plane. The collaboration with sub-contractors in creating image quality behavioral test cases for deriving final requirement allocations, performance specifications, and future regression testing was a success.
