Sterling Commerce is a B2B Managed Services Cloud company which is acquired by IBM in 2010

Fast ramp up a offshore development team(16 people) in China in 2 months, educate team to understand agile development model in SaaS environment and lead team to pick up key technical skill for new features development on Sterling Commerce B2B platform(JAVA/SOA based) with multiple dependencies

Closely work with Product Manager Director and Development Executive to make sure Product Backlog is comprehensive and realistic to development team

Facilitate scrum team to have sufficient discussion to generate release plan and sprint plan

Coach and stand up in team daily scrum meeting, make sure developers and testers work as one team to get each committed sprint task done
