Cross application Project and Resource Manager ~ SMS/IDX 2009 - 2012 Directed, organized and communicated with all levels of the executive and corporate community including managing and directing up to 10 simultaneous cross functional Health System wide project teams of up to 25 for three Hospitals and 2500+ Physicians, Clinical Practice Management (Epic EMR), as well as Academic Clinical Research Study practices. Identified a major defect in integrated provider management across three disparate hospitals for EPIC ambulatory practice implementation, and responded by implementing emergency resolution project.
