Additionally, provider access to this data must be built-in to EHR technologies at a reasonable cost for use by a broad range of healthcare providers and the patients they serve.

DbMotion-DbMotion Population Health delivers a comprehensive set of tools that enable organizations to enhance population care by providing the ability to identify populations based on clinical criteria, and to manage and monitor the populations according to well established clinical quality measures.
