Developed shell scripts for monitoring database alerts to improve database availability resulting in proactive monitoring of the databases.

Applied regular security patching, interim patching on Oracle binaries/databases for various bug fixes released by Oracle Corporation resulting in keeping the databases secured.

Broadened skills as a result of proactive participation in projects in addition to the regular role which included migration of the build system from CVS to Perforce resulting in migrating the code repository from unsupported hardware.

Created and maintained a new build deployment process for Perforce using Apache ANT resulting in simplifying the build deployment process extensively used by the developers, this also resulted in reducing the build deployment time by 40%.
