Worked on a team to control a Baxter two-arm robot to identify a series of containers and randomly placed objects to be placed in a desired container utilizing tag scanning for the container and color segmentation for object identification.

Robotic gripper design and control

Designed and constructed a robotic hand capable of grasping objects of different shapes and sizes through adaptive grasping methods.

Implemented controls through a microcontroller and interfaced with a motion detector to add capability of using a human hand to control the robotic fingers.
