Developed 6-Panel Boards for upper management review and was contributor to 6-Sigma Kaizen.
Reviewed warranty claims and wrote summaries for management to glean from them what actions needed to be taken. Action plans were presented in 6-Panel format: Trend Chart, Pareto & Pie Chart, Fishbone Diagram, Containment Plan, Work Plan and 8D Format.
