While at Galt Strategies, I was placed in charge of interviewing for 6 position types over 8 different companies. To be efficient at that project I used the behavioral interview method, which led me to create several different behavioral interview processes for each company and position.
During my time at Galt Strategies I was also placed as the lead sales trainer when launching new business systems. The companies placed under my care averaged a 38% close ratio.
For several months I was placed as a sales script auditor over a major franchise. During that time I optimized the sales script which increased the close percentage by 7%
