Responsibility for initiating and managing projects aimed at achieving Operational Excellence in all Operations. Operations consist of 5 facilities, 4 businesses totaling $400 Million in Revenue. Custom Engineered Products is a $20 Million business. This is a role to re-invent and grow this business. Work closely with Sales & Marketing to determine markets and businesses that are correct for this business develop operational processes, right size inventories and costs, and hit targeted growth rates, revenue, and margins.

Manage a 150 person, non-union, manufacturing facility (120 hourly – 30 salaried), producing strip, rod and wire products to multiple industries/customers worldwide. Plant is a cost center with a yearly combined budget of $26MM. More than $140MM in revenues flows through the plant annually.
