Our team was a Documentum Admin team in which we were providing infrastructure support to around 5000 users located globally. We provide configuration and maintenance support of Documentum applications (like Webtop, DA and other custom applications). Responsible in interacting with users and fix their major and minor issues. Configure docbases, content servers, DTS and fast fulltext servers as per our Architecture. We were also supporting the development teams in application related issue and also coordinated with Database Oracle team and Middleware Team for any upgrade or maintenances.

Installed, maintained and supported the Documentum Content server, Documentum Transformation Services (DTS), Adlib Rendition, Accelerated Content Services(ACS), Full Text Fast Search, Connection Broker, Repository, DocApp.
Deployed, Configured and Supported WebTop, Documentum Administrator 6.5 SP2, 6.7, Custom WDK applications on Jboss Application Servers.
Created users, groups, permission sets and ACLs using Documentum Administrators DQL and API interfaces.
