Client Profile: Oil sector services company was established on 23 August, 2005 in the state of Kuwait as one of the specialized oil subsidiaries fully-owned by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation ( KPC) to provide important supportive services that positively affect performance outcomes in oil sector .
Responsibilities:
Supporting End users in solving their regular day-to-day problems
Functional Support on Oracle Applications GL, AP, AR, FA & CM modules
Identify the required extensions and coordinating with the Off-shore Technical Team
Troubleshooting technical issues in GL, AP, FA, AR & CM modules
Raising SRs & interacting with Oracle Support regarding critical issues;

Incorporated in November 2007, Indus Towers Limited has been promoted under a joint venture between entities of Bharti Group including Bharti Infratel Limited (rendering telecom and tower infrastructure services in India under the brand name Airtel & Bharti Infratel Limited respectively), Vodafone India (rendering telecom services under the brand name Vodafone) and Aditya Birla Telecom (rendering telecom services under the brand name Idea), to render passive infrastructure services to telecom service providers.
Responsibilities:
Activities include Gathering Requirements, preparing Mapping documents and Conducting CRP sessions
