2006 – 2008 Sales Support Representative, Pattonair, USA (Formally Abscoa) As the Sales Support Representative for The Bombardier/AirCanada account and Wesco account. The position includes running backorder reports for accounts, order processing, order allocation and interaction with the buyers regarding shipping, billing issues, and RMA’s.

2004 - 2006 Sales Support Representative, Wesco Aircraft Fastener Div. In this position I handle sales support for five sales representatives which includes running daily reports, order entry, order processing, order allocation and interaction with corporate headquarters. This position also requires interaction with customers and prospects regarding shipping, billing issues, and RMA.

2003-2004 Sales Associate, Dillard’s As a Sales Associate, I used my customer service and sales experience in all aspects of the job. In this position it included ringing up new Sales and Posting of customer payments. When new shipments came in I put new stock on the floor and set-up displays. On the top ten at least four to five times a week.

I managed large corporate accounts selling supply products to the banking industry. In this position I was responsible for the northeast territory handling over all account management, which included increasing sales, problem solving, strong organization and follow through skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

1996 Territory Manager, Laidlaw Waste Systems Inc.

In this position it required strong organizational and time management skills. I was responsible for a territory encompassing one third of the sales through cold calling, current customer upgrades, and major corporate accounts. Each territory Manager is under a budget that is measurable by not only by new sales but also maintenance of current territory revenue. I have maintained and exceeded budget each quarter since taking the position.

1996 Inside Sales, Laidlaw Waste Systems, Inc.

In this position I prospected, set appointments and determined customer needs, ultimately contracting Laidlaw services. Along with those duties I also coordinated and set appointments for the outside sales representatives. Also, I ran daily reports along with maintaining sales statistics.

Accomplishments - Top salesperson last two consecutive quarters, exceeded annual quota for 1992 by 125%. In 1993, I was more than 282.2% of required quota.

11/90 - 9/91 Inside Sales Representative, Menardi Criswell Sold filter media to chemical companies nationwide. Responsibilities include prospecting, data entry, customer services, and coordination of products from initial order through production to delivery.
