Greenville Technical College Personal Trainer Program-I was assigned 3 clients for a 12-week period. I designed each of them a workout program targeted for the specific goals they wanted to achieve. Each client met and then exceeded their own expectations. They each lost pounds, inches and one noted that they have lowered their blood pressure.
